Terms and prices

     Terms:

     We carry out delivery of our production on various conditions and agreements. We prefer to carry out sales of our production using reliable ways of the international control of the reference of the goods and payments of the goods on the basis of the contract. The basic conditions and terms:

     1. For customers, purchasers and buyers of our production in containers 40'HC or brake bulk for sending by the sea terms FOB St.Petersburg loaded container or ship place. Payment on shipment 100% on against granting following documents via FAX or scanned copy via E-mail to Buyer (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing list, Phytosanitary certificate; Commercial invoice, Certificate of Origin ** if it's need) Also buyer himself receives the information from shipping company about delivery of the stuffed container in sea port according to the assignment and booking info.

     2. For customers, purchasers and buyers of our production demanding delivery by trucks (Europe) on DDU terms. Payment 100% after delivering during 3 days.

     3. For all customers, purchasers and buyers of our production in containers or trucks on terms FCA St.Petersburg payment on shipment 100% during 3 days.

     Prices (approx.) based on terms FOB St.Petersburg loaded 40'HC:

     1. Baltic Birch Lumber 4/4 KD 6-8% rough 27 mm or S2S 15/16, per NHLA Rules:

FAS (width ≥6" RW, length 8'-10' RL) - 700USD/cbm;

select&better (width ≥4" RW, length 6'-12' RL) - 630USD/cbm;

#1 common (width ≥4" RW, length 6'-12' RL) - 430USD/cbm;

#2a common (width ≥4" RW, length 6'-12' RL )- 320USD/cbm.

      2. Baltic Birch lumber 4/4 KD, Low grade:

#3 common, Rustic White/Red, Frame Grade, asian grade white.

Par Birch Sections, S4S 24 x 45, 57, 70 x 2.1-3.0 M

      3. Birch S4S components - from $400/cbm

      4. Birch edge glued panels - from $800/cbm

      5. Spruce lumber KD 18%, GOST 26002-83, 8486-86 (SF) all 4 grades,

          (#2 common & Better), S4S.

          Sizes: thickness: 17-120 mm; widths: 70-250 mm; lengths: 2-6 M.

          For US market we are producing specially US family random lengths 6'-18'.

       2. Pine lumber KD 18%, GOST 26002-83, 8486-86 (SF) all 4 grades,

          (#2 common & Better), S4S.

          Sizes: thickness: 17-120 mm; widths: 70-250 mm; lengths: 2-6 M.

          For US market we are producing specially US family random lengths 6'-18'.
